Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly. Changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need support.

Yes. After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping.

We currently ship worldwide, including the UK, USA, and Europe.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you charge customs or import fees?

Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you accept returns?

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own for the best fit.

How should I care for my garments?

To preserve quality and prints:

  • Wash inside out on cold
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron directly on prints
